We have been developing a horsemanship program that shows a progressive reward for both riding skills and equestrian education. Our current programs are not just about the riding lesson but ultimately learning about equestrian behavior, safety, animal and equipment care associated with the equestrian hobby. While our riding lessons specialize in the basics of hunter jumpers, dressage, and western riding it is one part of our programs goal to create spirited and knowlegdable horseman for the future. Horsemanship

Learning to ride a horse is the common goal in regards to lessons. Yet there is so much more to learn about the wonder of equines.

Our Horsemanship program features not only a weekly riding but also a weekly education class regarding equine care, behavior, and more. These very hands on lessons help transform a rider into a confident and able horseman.

Course features:

  • Weekly Riding Lesson
  • Weekly Education Class
  •  Recognition of skills and knowledge through promotional system
  • For Ages 4 and up

You will be able to choose the day and time for your group riding lesson from available slots however the education class occurs on a regularly set day and time for the whole program.

Please note the Horsemanship program is a quarterly commitment paid monthly. Also make sure to review our Horsemanship Rider’s Agreement for program requirements.

For the safety of our riders, staff, and equines we require that all new students must take at least one Private lesson first.

Pony Pals

Pony Pals is a perfect for a younger rider’s introduction to horse lessons. With a focus on horse education and safety in a group setting that helps younger riders feel more at ease.

This is a weekly introduction lesson with a focus on not only on riding but also education regarding equine care, behavior, and more. These very hands on lessons help prepare a younger ride into a confident and able horseman.

Course features:

  • Weekly Riding Lesson
  • For Ages 2~5

These lessons are scheduled weekly during the month through the term period. Currently the Pony Pals program will run during the current months for 2023:

  • October
  • November

Please note the Pony Pals program is a specific term commitment that is paid monthly. Also make sure to review our Pony Pals Rider’s Agreement for program requirements.
