Horsemanship & Lessons
Scheduling
Client will receive a dedicated time and a day of the week where there will be an appropriate school horse and with a group of riders with similar ability reserved each week. Please remember that Red Cedar Equestrian LLC will be closed 4 weeks per year.
Red Cedar Equestrian LLC is committed monthly to paying all costs for the numbers of school horses needed to teach scheduled lessons. Due to this, our expenses stay the same regardless of lessons taken. Therefore, we can not offer any make-up lessons. The best way to get the most value out of the program is to make it a priority and a commitment not to miss your dedicated lesson time(s). All lessons canceled by Red Cedar Equestrian LLC due to unforeseen weather or other circumstances will be rescheduled. Monthly tuition is still due in full when student misses their lessons.
If client would like to make a long-term change to their dedicated lesson time, they may do so a maximum of 1 time in a quarter by emailing melissa@redcedarequestrian.com or texting (706) 202-7540.
Cancellation
During the first 30 days of subscription, the rider can cancel without any penalty. However after the first thirty day period, riders can only cancel their subscriptions before the first day of the last month of the quarter without penalty. They may cancel before October 1st, January 1st, April 1st, or July 1st. We incur very serious year round expenses to maintain our lesson horses and we are looking for students who can make a commitment to our program similar to the commitment we make to our students. A $100 cancellation fee will be assessed for anyone who cancels outside of these four dates. If you would like to cancel your subscription, please send an email to melissa@redcedarquestrian.com.
Camp Sessions
Refunds
Red Cedar Equestrian LLC commits to an up front cost based on the number of total attending children per camp session. As camp session deposits make up the initial capital and basis for number of children attending these fees are non-refundable.
The final balance for camp session is due 30 days prior to the first day of the chosen camp session. These funds round out the capital costs of the camp session so are non-refundable even if child is unable to attend their chosen camp session.
In some circumstances Red Cedar Equestrian LLC at its discretion may determine to refund a camp session payment.
Cancellation
As each camp sessions are a set cost based on the total number of children attending Red Cedar Equestrian LLC is unable to make up camp sessions for a single child.
Any camp session cancelled by Red Cedar Equestrian LLC due to unforeseen weather or other circumstances will be rescheduled or camp sessions fees may be refunded at the discretion of Red Cedar Equestrian LLC.
